Financial Administrator/ Assistant

**Primary responsibilities**:
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses;
- Providing financial information and deducing the repercussions for business performance and funding needs;
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations;
- Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements;
- Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures within the organization;
- Special projects or other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- 3-years proven work experience as a Finance Administrator/ Assistant or similar role;
- Post-secondary studies in the fields of Finance, Accounting, or Economics an asset;
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, and advanced knowledge of utilizing full Microsoft Office Suites, especially MS Excel;
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures;
- Time management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail;
- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese fluency is an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills;
- Strong work ethics, integrity and the ability to be discreet with confidential information.
