Receptionist/administrator

**RECEPTION DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering multi phone line and directing them to the appropriate person
- Taking clear messages and distributing to the correct person
- Maintaining our telephone systems and updating the list for regular distribution
- Incoming and outgoing mail and Couriers
- Receive, Stamp and File Incoming paperwork/Filing completed files/Maintain storage room
- Ordering of office supplies
- Scan, name and save DGSD’s
- Enter WCB information in multiple locations/Create job folders
- Data input of SiteDocs material in applicable areas
- Update Job Status in both Sage 100 and virtual Job Books
- Respond to Customer’s inquiries and follow up with Project Coordinators when necessary
- Participate in Administration team meetings, as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1-2 years in reception or filing experience
- High School Graduate
- Knowledge of Sage 100 would be an asset but not required
**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
