This is an excellent career opportunity for a junior AutoCAD design professional to work with an experienced engineering team in improving high-rise building safety.

The Company:
The Position:
The AutoCAD Design Technologist will be responsible for developing mechanical designs and 3D models to support the development of Pro-Bel’s high-rise safety products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the engineering team to develop designs and models for new installations
- Read and interpret architectural drawings of building construction to assist in developing designs
- Visit sites, on occasion, to take measurements
- Other engineering and technical duties as required

Experience / Qualifications:

- College diploma in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling
- 3-5 years’ experience in drafting/design of custom equipment
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings of building construction
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
