About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at JussConstruct. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, managing construction projects, and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop building plans and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on design and construction
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documents as required
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Architects
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Strong knowledge of architectural software programs, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
