**JOB SUMMARY**
- DCM is currently seeking a Temporary Contract Administrator to join the Corporate Services Contracts team at their head office in Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Secretary, the successful incumbent will form an integral part of the Contracts Team. This role has the potential to become permanent.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide contract administration support to the Sales and Corporate Services Teams across all lines of business with drafting new client agreements, renewals and/or amendments using both internal and external templates, and working through negotiations as required
- Review RFP / RFQ terms and conpeditions and provide feedback to the bid and Corporate Services team. May also participate in RFP response meetings
- Assisting Sales and Corporate Services team on appropriate responses to non-standard requests
- Advise Senior management / Corporate Services / Sales on risk / reward evaluation
- Assist with translation requirements
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheet and contract document library
- Variety of other tasks as required

**REQUIRMENTS**
- Fluent in English, both written and oral with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in French is an asset
- Paralegal or Law Clerk Certificate is an asset
- Minimum five (3) years’ experience in similar role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, plan and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented and highly organized individual with excellent time management skills
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft software products, especially Word and Excel
