**The Role**:
To support the Product Development and Publishing team and coordinate the production, development and maintenance of the PHO’s digital assets, including PHO’s website, knowledge products, publications and communication materials for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Product Development and Publishing Team’s internal SharePoint website, including centralized knowledge product repository.
- Support the Website Administrator to input and update website content, to ensure it remains current, relevant, well-formatted and accessible.
- Works closely with Product Development Specialists to support the review of knowledge products for publishing, ensuring they adhere to PHO templates and formatting, referencing and accessibility standards.
- Monitor and track inquiries received by the webmaster inbox and respond using standard responses or escalate more complex inquiries for resolution.
- Support the ongoing analysis of metrics and development of reports related to knowledge product publishing, as well as website metrics (using Google Analytics and SharePoint).
- Support Graphic Designer with the tracking of web-ready graphic products, reports, signage, and other materials.
- Participate in regular quality checks on the website to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance, including testing across multiple devices and browsers.
- Support the documentation and implementation of quality assurance protocols that ensure that knowledge products and information on the website remain current.
- Manage and organize the digital assets (images, videos) of the Product Development and Publishing Team, ensuring they are easily accessible and optimized for web use.

**Knowledge and Skills-**
- Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS for content creation and troubleshooting and strong skills in the use of various office computer systems and software programs, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Skills and knowledge in working with document sets, metadata, libraries and creating custom views based on business requirements.
- Understanding of Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and delivering products to WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards.
- Strong project management, problem solving, organizational and prioritizing skills to plan, coordinate, and publish many knowledge products and communication materials.
- Planning and organizational skills to independently undertake the planning and execution of several activities concurrently.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities to manage the processes from development through to implementation.

**Education and Experience-**
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Digital Marketing, Website Development, Communications, Publishing or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing/coordinating production and publishing of knowledge products and/or communication materials.
- Experience with web content management systems, technologies and authoring tools including Sitecore and SharePoint, with some experience with HTML and CSS.

**Attributes and Competencies-**
- Written communication and editorial skills sufficient to support a wide variety of marketing and program-related materials for a variety of audiences.
- Oral communication skills to communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key requirements to Communications management team and internal /external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to promote and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders, to effectively coordinate the production and distribution of knowledge products and communication materials.
- Strong initiative, networking, and consultation skills are required in order to contribute to the production and distribution of PHO’s publication and communication materials.
- Customer service skills are required in order to work with the Product Development and Publishing and Communication Services teams, as well as science and program teams to ensure that all needs are taken care of, and to respond to any issues, emergencies or problems as they arise.
- Judgement is exercised in analyzing and preparing all databases and tracking and maintaining records of all production and distribution information; decision making is required for deciding what steps to take to ensure that deliverable timelines are adhered to, and for deciding how they can be managed as effectively as possible in the event risks/challenges arise.
