**About your role**:
The role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day production of our garments is kept on track and ready for timely delivery and launches on our website, including maintaining our inventory levels of products, notions, trims and fabric to ensure readiness for replenishment and production. From managing contractor communications, to crunching numbers to forecast replenishment to ensuring counts for manufacturing raw materials are on point to brokering shipments to our 3PL, this role wears many hats, and provides a ton of growth opportunities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Fabric, Notions & Trim management, sourcing, coordinating and shipping
- Fabric, Notions and Trims prep for factories
- Creation of Cut Sheets and POs for garment and accessory production
- Production coordination with contractors
- Manage and maintain the Encircled Pattern and Production Sample Library
- Conducting regular weekly factory visits
- Updating and maintaining the Production & Design Tracker
- SKU & barcode creation + management
- New stock input
- Forecasting sales and production requirements
- Weekly KPI reporting
- Assist with additional analytics and reporting as required
- Leading quarterly sample sales and coordination
- Other projects and duties as required

Your Experience:

- Completed education in College or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising or Production Management.
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a production role in the fashion industry**
- **2-3 year’s experience working with on-shore, local production in Canada, or the US including costing, purchasing, forecasting and managing production level profit and loss**
- High knowledge of all sewing finishes, technicalities, and fabrics, preferably in knits, and bonus points for experience in sustainable fabrics
- Ability to have difficult conversations and find mutually beneficial outcomes
- Experience working directly with product development and design departments.
- Knowledge of pattern drafting, grading, marker making, and construction.
- Expert knowledge of production workflows and systems.
- High-degree of comfort with IT platforms and systems including ERPs
- Experience with eCommerce systems, specifically Shopify
- Strong analytical, financial, communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Mac computers and proficient in the Google Suite, Asana (or other project management tool), Shopify, Inventory Systems, Slack, Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Access to a reliable car is required, willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience working at a sustainable brand an asset, especially in a high growth environment
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada
- Be legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
