Regional Administrator

Burlington, Canada Jobsite Industrial Rental Services Full time

The Regional Administrator, reporting to the Regional Manager shall primarily provide coverage for staff, including Branch Managers, Rental Supervisors, Rental Co-ordinators, Service Managers, Parts and Service Administrators and other roles as assigned by the Regional Manager. They will also provide coverage for our managed contracts, possibly across our territory either as a Project Manager or Storekeeper as needed. During Turnaround season, may need to provide additional coverage (including night shift) if necessary. In addition, a number of operational duties to be performed on a regular basis. Representing the company in all aspects, they will report back to the supervisors on challenges that are observed during branch stays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote a safe working environment for all staff at all times.
- Promote Jobsite’s Culture throughout the organization.
- Provide coverage as needed for a number of positions within their assigned region.
- Provide coverage as needed for managed contracts at sites throughout our territory.
- Provide coverage as needed during Turnarounds and Outages at customer sites, throughout our territory either as a Project Manager or Storekeeper. This may include prolonged night shifts during these events.
- Monitor and follow up with branches on E Commerce issues.
- Product knowledge training for staff both in region and throughout our territory as needed.
- Co-ordination and collection of digital media resources as needed.
- Provide feedback to regional and corporate leaders on challenges/successes seen in branches during visits.
- Produce Customer specific rate cards as needed.
- Other duties as needed by the Regional Manager

**Key Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and understanding of the various roles within the Organization.
- A self starter, able to work on their own without direct supervision.
- Extensive Travel throughout our territory as required
- Hybrid work environment. (10-20% from home)
- Curious, knowledge seeker, always looking to improve our processes.

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour
