**Position Overview**

Our Solutions Centre team is looking for **full-time Bilingual Solutions Specialists**, to handling inbound customer service and roadside calls. As a full-time Bilingual Team Member, you will receive:

**Key Functions**
- Answer inbound customer requests for roadside assistance, automotive support, and program inquiries
- Provide process and product knowledge assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to various client programs
- Arrange required roadside service through CAA, AAA, or our client network
- Enhance processes through recommending changes to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Solutions Centre

**What you need to Succeed**
- Bilingual in English and French
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service and/or inbound call centre
- Problem solving skills
- Strong technical and geographical knowledge

**Hours of Operation**

Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am - 12:00am Monday to Sunday. Schedules are selected by Team Members through a performance-based shift-bidding process monthly.
