EXPERIENCES

EX1 - Experience in providing general office administrative support (e.g., preparing, formatting, and sending various documents, coordinating the preparation of these various documents and following up as required; electronic filing, coordinating travel requests).
EX2 - Experience in managing the operating budget in support of managers (e.g., preparing and tracking annual operating budget estimates).
EX3 - Experience in performing procurement activities for the acquisition of goods and services (e.g., processing and tracking invoice payments, performing travel expense verification, making financial commitments).

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EXA1-Experience in working with decentralized services (regional and headquarters services) to ensure the management of premises, vehicle fleet, computer equipment and telecommunications.
EXA2-Experience in the administrative management of government financial support programs.
AA1-Ability to use Cortex and Content Server software.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work in hybrid mode, including a minimum of two days per week of work in person at the Val-d'Or business office;
- Additional work in person at the office may be required depending on CED orientations.
