**Office Administrator**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain office organization and general office upkeep.
- Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Review incoming mail and forward it to the appropriate person.
- Assist with filing and scanning documents.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, data entry, filing, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or the Director of Operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred. College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Be able to use Microsoft office, WORD, Excel, QuickBooks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
