Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues with a customer service-oriented approach
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage and organize office files both physically and digitally
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office for various office tasks

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills are an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping is an asset
- Experience in file management, both physical and digital, is beneficial
- Competency in using Microsoft Office for office-related functions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
