We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join a results driven team that supports the Office of the CAO, Steering Group Directors and is a key business partner to the Operations Team.
Committed to the guiding values of the Town of Innisfil’s Strategic Plan 2030, the Executive Business Partner will take a ‘Future Ready’ approach to balancing competing priorities and triaging to meet multiple demands and stakeholder needs, and will be responsible for:
- Facilitating cross-team initiatives, ensuring efficient communications efforts, and with multiple projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Business Partner Team and under the leadership of the Chief of Staff
- Coordinating and monitoring calendars for the Steering Group Director(s) including managing deliverables, priorities, identifying issues/potential problems and adjusting schedules as required
- Facilitating cross-team and cross-portfolio support for the various function departments
- Monitoring and maintaining all correspondence and drafting of responses to general issues / coordinating resources to support the Steering Group, and their corresponding service areas, in addressing identified issues
- Keeping Steering Group Members fully apprised through monitoring Council, service portfolios and corporate activities; maintaining awareness of plans, priorities, current issues and decisions
- Job Requirements- A Community College Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in an executive administrative role(s) in the public and/or private sector.
- A valid Class “G” driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to use on corporate business.
- Availability to attend evening meetings or other events as required and to accommodate deadlines and/or peak period workloads that may extend beyond the normal workday as may be required.
