Relevant du responsable RH, l'administrateur en RH est chargé de fournir un service complet
d'administration RH aux employés de DNEG, au service RH et autres parties prenantes internes et externes, agissant en tant que premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes relatives aux ressources humaines.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Conduire notre mission et notre culture à travers les valeurs fondamentales de DNEG.
- Assurer un support administratif au service RH.
- Organiser, compiler et mettre à jour les dossiers et la documentation du personnel de l'entreprise
- Préparer et mettre à jour les politiques RH, les procédures, le manuel RH, les listes de contrôle, les suivis attribués et les bases de données avec différentes informations telles que les nouvelles embauches, les licenciements, les congés de maladie, les avertissements, les vacances et les jours de congé, etc.
- Maintenir le calendrier et coordonner de manière proactive les activités du calendrier
- Préparer divers rapports sur les données relatives aux employés pour aider à la gestion et au

développement du personnel.
- Administrer les processus d'arriver/départ, comprenant tous les processus de documentation, d'intégration et de sortie.
- S'assurer que tous les documents de nouveaux employés sont remplis et que les informations pertinentes sont fournies aux prestataires de paie et d'avantages sociaux pour traitement.
- Répondre aux questions générales des gestionnaires et des employés, en les dirigeant vers les politiques et procédures appropriées.
- Fournir un soutien administratif aux supérieurs hiérarchiques dans les processus RH.
- Préparer, administrer et distribuer des enquêtes (c'est-à-dire intégration).
- Processus de cycle complet complet pour les contrats de nouvelle embauche/réembauche.
- Maintenir des données précises et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés dans Workday.
- Assurer le support du projet HRIS.
- Préparer les lettres de vérification d'emploi comme demandé.
- Rédiger et diffuser les communications internes comme assigné.
- Envoyez une communication par courrier électronique aux employés concernant le NAS et le MSP lorsqu'ils reçoivent leur carte de résidence permanente.
- Administrer les prestations (LA uniquement).
- Diriger, participer et compléter les programmes liés aux ressources humaines comme assigné (c'est-à-dire le programme de jumelage, le HRIS).
- Collaborer avec les membres et les départements des équipes RH locales et mondiales.
- Assurer un soutien au coordonnateur RH en cas de nécessité.
- Maintenir son propre développement professionnel continu, en se tenant au courant des exigences légales et des développements RH pertinents.
- Adhérer à tout moment à la politique de l'entreprise en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.
- Tâches et responsabilités supplémentaires assignées et dans le cadre de la matrice des rôles et

responsabilités RH.
**Exigences**:

- 6 à 12 mois d'expérience professionnelle en ressources humaines ou en administration/assistant équivalent.
- Diplôme, certificat ou grade en ressources humaines, gestion ou équivalent.
- Compréhension du droit du travail ; une expérience des questions d'emploi aux États-Unis et en Californie est un atout.
- Passion pour l'apprentissage et l'amélioration continue.
- Centré sur le client.
- Proactif avec une attitude positive.
- Capacité à s'adapter au changement dans un environnement dynamique.
- Passion pour l'organisation, le multitâche et faire bouger les choses
- Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles de manière professionnelle.
- Maîtrise des logiciels informatiques, notamment google Workspace, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Et HRIS/Workday.
- Souci éprouvé et marqué du détail.
- Capacité à prioriser.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles.
- Orienté vers l'équipe, très motivé avec une capacité démontrée à travailler de manière indépendante.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Capacité à voir la situation dans son ensemble.
- Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing full HR administration service to DNEG’s employees, the HR department and other internal and external stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for all HR enquiries.

- Drive our mission and culture through DNEG’s core values.
- Provide administrative support for the HR department.
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- Prepare, and update HR policies, procedures, HR manual, checklists, assigned trackers and databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off, etc.
