**Responsibilities**:

- Secure HR administrative activities_
- Secure new employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Secure the retirement enrolment and maintenance of contributions as per Munvo policy and reconciliation between retirement plan and accounting records
- Insurance benefit management
- Compensation, vacation and Extra Billable Hours tracking
- Employee file upkeeping
- Corporate phone benefit and data/voice/roaming package management
- Letter of employment confirmation and other requests from employees
- Participate in the development of new work procedures and policies, as well as tools for Employee Guidebook and Forms
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Secure HR reporting_
- KPIs (headcounts, turnover ratio, etc.) and Dashboard

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a College Diploma in HR or similar domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spoken French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and PSA (preferably Klient) a plus

**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer les activités administratives des ressources humaines _
- Assurer l'intégration et la désintégration des nouveaux employés
- Assurer l'inscription à la retraite et la gestion des contributions conformément à la politique de Munvo, ainsi que la conciliation entre le régime de retraite et les registres comptables
- Gestion des avantages sociaux liés à l'assurance
- Suivi de la rémunération, des congés et des heures facturables supplémentaires
- Mise à jour des dossiers des employés
- Gestion des avantages du téléphone d'entreprise et des forfaits données/voix/itinérance
- Confirmation de l'emploi par lettre et autres demandes des employés
- Participer à l'élaboration de nouvelles procédures de travail et de politiques, ainsi qu'à la création d'outils pour le guide de l'employé et les formulaires Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes assignées
- Assurer les rapports RH sécurisés_
- Indicateurs de performance clés (effectifs, taux de rotation, etc.) et tableau de bord

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme collégial en RH ou domaine similaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais, français parlé
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Grande attention aux détails
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à hiérarchiser et à respecter les délais
- Excellentes capacités de jugement et de résolution de problèmes
- Connaissance pratique de MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Une expérience avec un CRM (de préférence Salesforce) et un PSA (de préférence Klient) est un plus
