**Be the conductor behind every successful installation project at Technirack. As Sales Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Mastering order coordination**:

- Strategically place supplier orders.
- Closely monitor ongoing orders and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate internal interventions with our factories for optimal execution.
- **Precise planning and organization**:

- Collaborate with teams to plan each installation down to the smallest detail.
- Manage transport logistics, including forms and documentation.
- Ensure rigorous delivery tracking for impeccable punctuality.
- **Managing administrative aspects**:

- Enter orders and manage billing accurately (as needed).
- Participate in weekly meetings and contribute to process improvement.
- Methodically file documents for optimal organization.
- **Providing exemplary support**:

- Be available and responsive during your working hours.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Fill in for colleagues when needed and ensure service continuity.

**Qualifications and skills sought**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in project installation coordination and/or logistics and transportation.
- Ability to handle unforeseen circumstances and multiple priorities with calmness and efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational ability to juggle priorities.
- Bilingualism (written and oral French and English) for smooth communication.
- Demonstrated computer skills (Word, Excel) for smooth data management.
- Mastery of administrative processes for increased efficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for an impeccable customer experience.
- Sharpened team spirit and passion for collective success.
- Reading and interpreting technical plans: an additional asset.
- Experience with the JDE system: a valuable asset.
- College education preferred.
