Le.la Chef.fe de ventes aura la responsabilité de voir au développement des affaires de son territoire, de promouvoir les produits commercialisés par l’entreprise et de coordonner les activités afin de rencontrer les différents objectifs de ventes.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:
Gère, motive et encadre une équipe de vente vers l’atteinte des objectifs
- dans le secteur du service alimentaire. Gère, motive et encadre une équipe de vente incluant des Coordonnateur de ventes (CDT) ainsi que des Représentant service client (RSC) vers l
- ’atteinte des objectifs tant dans le secteur du service alimentaire. Recommande et établit, en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, les plans d’actions et les stratégies de ventes et de distribution pour accroître le niveau des ventes et contrer la comp
- étition. Coordonne et maximise la distribution des produits par le biais d’agents distributeurs et par son
- équipe de vente. Organise et dirige des séances de coaching auprès des coordonnateurs de territoire et de RSC, rédige les évaluations des membres de son équipe visant le développement des comp
- étences. Participe à la n
- égociation des ententes commerciales. Effectue certaines tâches reliées à la gestion de comptes clients incluant les revues d
- ’affaires. Voit à la bonne gestion du cycle de visite de nos clients auprès des coordonnateurs de territoire et s’assure d’une gestion efficace des priorités de l
- ’entreprise. Analyse et communique efficacement les informations provenant du march
- é. Coordonne les activités de gestion des retours et des espaces tablettes pour atteindre les objectifs de l
- ’entreprise.

You shall be responsible for overseeing business development within the province of Quebec, promoting the products manufactured/marketed by the organization, and coordinating operations in order to meet the various sales objectives.

**_What’s _**_involved _**_in _**_this _**_role? _**
- Manages, motivates and mentors a sales team to meet the foodservice sales objectives.
- Recommends and rolls out, jointly with the members of the team, action plans as well as sales and distribution strategies to increase sales.
- Coordinates and maximizes product distribution via the network of distributors and his sales team.
- Organizes and gives coaching sessions to the field sales personnel and completes performance evaluations for team members in order to further develop role competencies.
- Helps negotiate sales agreements with independent foodservice providers and grocery retailers.
- Performs tasks related to managing customer accounts, including business reviews. Ensures the district’s representatives are visiting customers on a regularly scheduled basis and also makes sure the organization
- ’s priorities are being appropriately managed.
- Analyses market data and communicates it effectively. Coordinates activities pertaining to managing returns and shelf space with a view to meeting the organization
- ’s objectives.
- Administers price lists and manages budgets.
- Drafts and follows up on estimates for independent food service clients.
- Oversees and supervises the work of the CSRs (Customer Service Representatives).
- Provides sales coordinators with the appropriate sales tools to help them meet their objectives.

- Bachelor of Business Administration, major in marketing or other relevant field; Three (3) to five (5) years
