ABOUT THE TEAM
The change management team is responsible, in partnership with the extended HR teams and the business, for providing guidance with the execution and delivery of PSP’s projects and initiatives involving changes. We provide advice and support to the organization with the objective to anticipate impacts, manage stakeholders, and help individuals to succeed through the delivery of strategic projects.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Intern in the Change Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to be exposed and involved to a variety of business projects of different nature. You will be part of an inclusive work environment where you’ll have a valuable contribution and where you’ll be part of projects in close collaboration with our HR colleagues in the Centers of expertise (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.).
Most specifically, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Partner with team members to evaluate different dimensions of ongoing change projects/initiatives- Analyze business needs and liaise with team members in the analysis of different change context and solutions- Development or improvement of different change management tools and templates- Preparation of presentations and various reports- Help carry out various projects- Be involved in our team meetings
WHAT YOU’LL NEED- Enrolled in a master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field- Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relations and to form relationships with stakeholders- Ability to manage several files at the same time without missing deadlines- Flexibility, adaptability and interest in being part of a growing organization- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism- Have a keen sense of proactivity, prioritization and organization- Detail-oriented and have analytical skills- Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)_ (f_re_quent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)_- Options include Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid open work permit.
