**Project Coordinator Job Description**:
The Project Coordinator will provide project management support services to the TCF office staff and clients including helping with estimates and take offs, managing project activities with site visits, review project scopes, resolve issues, coordinate and support site activities, control costs and schedules, maintain project documentation.
- Help organize and estimate new work from online plan rooms as well as customer submitted plans.
- Preparing preliminary time schedules of project implementation stages to establish significant deadlines and major milestones.
- Assisting the Client in interpreting specifications of our scope.
- Assisting the in managing of the client's design teams and other consultants.
- Reviewing project costs in accordance with predetermined budgets/funding and recommending action required to resolve conflicts.
- Identify and quantify potential risks with job site and material inputs and make contingency recommendations in order to minimize negative cost impacts.
- Advise on alternative procurement and construction strategies to create efficiencies wherever possible.
- Assist in keeping
- Assist in organizing the monthly billings to clients.
- Assisting with preparation of project briefing notes, progress status reports, project quality reports and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Preparing and coordinating documentation in response to reports and observation to update management of project progress.
- Responding to internal and external inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and participating in decision-making related to the planning an organization of work activities.
**Requirements**:
- You should have a related construction certificate or degree, as well as 4 years plus of coordinator experience in the construction field.
- Experience in concrete or flooring would be considered assets.

**Salary**: $37,378.28-$77,694.52 per year
