**Your role**

Join our team as a Project Manager with our Manitoba team.

Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously will be key in driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.

As a key member of our team of motivated project managers, you will play a pivotal role in making a lasting impact on the communities we serve. By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada, providing access to essential services. **Responsibilities**:

- Champion and personify our values and culture
- Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives.
- Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects
- Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector.

Qualifications:

- A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets.
- A university degree or diploma in engineering, biosystems, geosciences, or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
- 4 to 7 years’ experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programs.
- Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an asset.
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and empower teams to achieve project delivery.
