**HR Manager**
- Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance**and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco-Beales is currently recruiting an **HR Manager** to provide guidance and expertise to Site Management and HR Business Partners. This position will report to the **President or designate.**

What you will do:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistency in service delivery and professional development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Payroll oversight and ensuring adherence to legislation

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee HRBP activities, ensuring the team effectively supports business units in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Develop and refine HR processes and policies, ensuring consistency across the organization, legislative and regulatory compliance, and alignment with HR and industry best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Contributes to the development of human resources programs (recruitment, retention, engagement and others) that align with corporate objectives.

**Talent and Culture Development**
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with leaders to implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational transformation and resilience.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
- Act as a key point of contact during conflict resolution and escalated employee relations issues

**Knowledge and Practice Compliance**
- Maintain current knowledge of Human Rights, Labour Legislation changes, Employment Standards guidelines and law, and Pay Equity
- Collaborate with assigned internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices, policies and processes for the organization that are compliant with legislative requirements.
- Support the HR team in creating, implementing, communicating and training the organization on new programs and initiatives.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of Human Resources generalist experience with proven progressive responsibilities or equivalent combination of related education and experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields is preferred
- CPHR or other HR recognized designation or actively working toward designation

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
