** Your Responsibilities**:

- Perform HR Generalist function supporting the sites with and providing (innovative) solutions in regards to performance management, employee engagement & retention, (high-volume) recruitment & selection, learning & development, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and HR administration
- Support management in the execution of company business strategies and the operational performance on site, in order to align HR strategy and actions with business objectives
- Partners with site leadership to ensure a positive workplace environment and strong employee engagement
- Provide coaching and counseling to managers in regards to HR, performance & people management and transformation
- Establish and maintain a positive and engaging relationship with all employees
- Act as an onsite first point of contact or all employee’s issues and concerns as required
- Execute and lead new business implementations and transitions for respective sites from a HR perspective
- Attend meetings with customers, including presentations on HR topics where required
- Provide day to day advice, counsel and guidance to ensure fair and consistent employment practices and follow-up on consistent compliance in regards to legislation, policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and recommend and/or develop solutions to employee complaints or claims of unfair treatment, harassment and/or discrimination
- Participate in the preparation of legal defense as necessary
- Serve as back-up to HR Peers when necessary
- Grievance handling, meetings, and administrations; labor management meetings, mediation and arbitration preparation, contract renewal preparation, and labor negotiations as applicable

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- 4+ years experience in Human Resources (Employee Relations, Remote Hiring, Workforce Planning, etc)
- 2+ years experience in a Distribution Center setting
- Oil and Gas industry experience is a plus
- HR Certifications are a plus
