We are a fast growing manufacturing company located in Markham.
Looking for a mature, professional person to join our Administration Team.
This is fast paced, friendly, multi-cultural environment.
**Daily tasks will include**:
- Invoicing in multi currency
- Processing credit card payments
- Issuing RMA's
- Processing customers' orders
- Answering phones
- Assisting in inventory management
- Scheduling & Tracking Logistics using online platforms
- Preparing Import/Export documents (USMCA & CI)
- Problem solving
- Data management
- Customer Service
**Skills required**:
- Level 1 Accounting
- Customer Service
- Attention to Detail
- Microsoft Office
- Well versed in English (Must)
- CRM
- Accounting software
- Quickbooks Desktop using inventory (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Logistics online platforms -UPS & Fedex (preferred)
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
