**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and support a team of spa professionals including receptionists, therapists, and other staff. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high standard of service.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Manage all front desk activities including client check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries. Ensure the front desk operates efficiently and reflects the welcoming atmosphere of the spa.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Strive to build lasting relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
- **Spa Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the spa including inventory management, maintenance of spa facilities, and coordination of services. Ensure that all procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage the spa's budget, including tracking sales, managing expenses, and contributing to revenue growth through effective business strategies.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Help organize and promote special events and promotions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the spa. Address and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in spa management software and a solid understanding of wellness services.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional client service skills with a commitment to creating a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in spa management or wellness are a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
