At the Canadian Spa Company we are looking for a highly motivated Hot Tub Sales Consultant to help grow sales within our Oakville territory and ensure that our customers receive the very best in service and product.

By wholesaling our products through some of the biggest companies in the world (Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Lowes, Walmart, Home Hardware etc) we are able to offer customers fantastic purchasing opportunities to ensure that anyone can have their very own hot tub in their backyard. With a diverse product line and large distribution network we are able to obtain a competitive edge in the industry while providing the customer with exactly what they want.

This position requires the individual to work out of our Oakville showroom to help answer customer's questions, provide them with the knowledge and support they need when looking for a hot tub, and direct them to the hot tub of their dreams They will also have the ability to process through leads collected across the country and build their sales pipeline. Trade shows and exhibitions are also part of their requirements as we partake in various events across the GTA to build sales. A well maintained showroom is the key to every successful sale, and this individual must be able to manage the space. Uncapped commissions with additional sales "spiffs" can lead to a very rewarding and competitive career.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work directly in the Oakville location to help gather leads and close sales with customers
- Manage leads and opportunities through our Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM
- Manage a showroom to create an experience for the customer
- Sell through both new and scratch and dent product
- Work various trade shows across the GTA to increase sales
- Must be available on Saturdays as these are the peak selling times

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Sales driven mentality to follow up and close sales
- Well organized and able to schedule their time effectively
- Highly motivated with great communication skills
- Ability to work trade shows
- Strong understanding of sales CRM technology
- Enjoys building and growing programs
- Previous hot tub/spa knowledge is considered an asset
- Clean driving record
