Jr. Account Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and foster client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to pinpoint potential areas for growth.
- Communicate adeptly with clients to discern their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate effective leadership by guiding account teams and orchestrating efforts to achieve client objectives.
- Utilize advanced CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate insightful sales reports.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms with clients to drive profitable sales outcomes.
- Develop detailed project proposals, schedules, production books, and budgets.
- Oversee all pre-production processes, including team recruitment, equipment sourcing, and vendor engagement.
- Ensure the quality of content produced aligns with client requirements and upholds agency standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or related field.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing account teams and driving sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Pay: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
