**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Provide information about our services and answer questions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
