Gouchee Home (B2C International Inc.) is a manufacturer and distributor of high quality soft home furnishing products like contemporary beanbag chairs, decorative pillows, fashion bedding, window coverings and all things home têxtile-related.

The position: The administrative assistant provides administrative support for the day to day operations of the company.

Key responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls
- Update product information online
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries
- Give order to production to prepare and ship orders
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise
- Assist team with general administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, photocopying, filing documents, sending faxes, etc.
- Order office supplies
- Keep office clean & organized

Professional qualifications:

- experience in an administrative position
- Strong Excel skill
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
- Must be self-motivated, punctual and must demonstrate professional maturity
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Must possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
