Job Title: Bilingual Assistant Manager - Copy Center
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the manager in the day-to-day operations of the copy center
- Ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their printing needs
- Manage the center's inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping track of stock levels
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Train new employees and ensure that they are properly trained
- Keep track of sales and provide reports to the manager
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and meet client deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Customer and sales-oriented
- Knowledge of the printing industry and various printing techniques
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a copy center or related industry preferred
