We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for our condo management company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Process work orders and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Quickbooks is a plus (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in French and English

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday 10am-5pm

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
