Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent is part of the hotel Front office team. Job will include greeting guests upon their arrival to the hotel and check them into the hotel’s reservation system and providing excellent customer service. What you will do:
- Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings
- Organizing transportation services and making restaurant reservations for guests upon request
- Processing customer payments and presenting them with the bill upon check-out
- Assisting guests who request additional services including catering, wedding bookings, and retreat activities
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Maintaining a well-groomed and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
