**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging and scheduling services interacting with agents and operations personnel and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers.
- Maintaining system updates and documenting/monitoring steps.
- Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process.
- Working with operations team to coordinate booked moves.

Experience
- Qualifications: Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and analyze data for errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other organizations.
- 2 years customer service experience is an asset

Pay: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
