Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative at our London terminal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out administrative tasks associated with manifesting for various loads
  • Establish work priorities, process shipments to brokers, and meet deadlines
  • Provide office support, including responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and processing applications for service
  • Engage with the public to resolve problems and address customer concerns
  • Research and follow up on customer issues and respond to questions
  • Obtain information from customers to perform requested tasks
  • Tracing and producing P.O.D.'s for customers
  • Confirm delivery with customers and answer pick-up calls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Customs paperwork (an asset)
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $37,440.00 per year. The schedule includes an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday. We also offer flexible language requirements and no French is required for this position.
