Vehicle Intake

**Responsibilities**:
- Receive customer vehicles as they are delivered. Responsible for vehicle examination, key control, parking lot safety & organization.
- Assist with managing and maintaining production schedule.
- Coordinate customer appointments as orders are scheduled.
- Arrange vehicle and merchandise pickups.
- Confirm and invoice work orders.
- Collect customer payment.
- Provide positive first impressions to existing, new, and potential customers.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Support the sales team with processing warranty and parts orders.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and/or post secondary education (preferred).
- 2-3 years of direct work experience.
- Valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
