Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Input and oversee, AP and AR functions for the community,
- Answer inquiries for resident billing
- Respond professionally to family/resident concerns and asks
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ability to handle budgeting tasks and financial documents accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
