**The Opportunity**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing administrative support to internal stakeholders.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and working with clients and stakeholders, site supervisors, and vendors to approve, code, and correct invoices.
- Maintaining digital archive of invoices and fulfill information requests.
- Coordinating, preparing, editing and/or proofreading documents such as correspondence, proposals, and reports using various software.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, etc., organize materials and take minutes.
- Facilitating file management for projects as directed by internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining project files and document libraries.
- Creating and manipulating PDF documents using features of Adobe Acrobat or similar software to assemble documents and insert links and bookmarks; and
- Preparing assessments and writing corresponding project specific assessments and reports
- Contributing to completing of client proposals and other external client communications.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant post-secondary education in the area environmental sciences; or a post-secondary certificate/diploma from a recognized office assistant or administrative assistant program is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) including document templates.
- Experience with SiteView would be a very strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Creative problem solver who works in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize work accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a consulting environment would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
