Project Operation Assistant

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Project Operation Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the technical cooperation project Team with regular project management-related works.
  • Act as the interface person between project teams, PMO and external partners.
  • Assist project manager to ensure projects meet timelines and requirements, as set by project charters and schedules.
  • Assist project manager with budget preparation, estimation, execution, and evaluation; prepare monthly budget forecast data; draft monthly report and communicate with PMs about any potential problems and risks.
  • Assist project manager in creating project status reports and lab status reports on a monthly bases.
  • Prepare various planning documents (SOW, resources planning, meeting minutes, etc.); monitor and report on project progress to ensure that all activities and tasks proceed in an appropriate manner to reach target dates.
  • Responsible for scheduling and organizing project meetings and maintain project file documentations.
  • Coordinate with other supportive specialists (such as the Configuration Management Officer, Export Control Engineer, etc.) to help PMs manage their R&D projects more efficiently and according to corporate standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and research achievements in the industry, generate insightful technology reports.


What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analysis or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or operation support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to track the execution of key tasks and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
