**Firm overview**

CPA Solutions LLP is an accounting firm located in Etobicoke, we provide various services to owner manager clienteles, in various industries.

Being a fast growing firm we are currently seeking a Seasonal administrative assistant to become an integral member of our administrative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various office functions such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, printing and packaging of tax returns, tax slips and other client documents
- Preparation of financial statement packages for corporate clients
- Tracking and managing the inflow/outflow of tax information
- New client file setup, and updating client information where required
- Document preparation using a variety of software (letters, memos, etc.)
- Assist with CRA related duties and communications
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong Computer Skills and ability to learn various software programs
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work overtime during busy season

**Job type**:
Temporary (3 to 4 months) with the possibility of an extension.

**Compensation**:
Hourly based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
