**Duties**
- Administer various HR processes and programs, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Full cycle Recruitment
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
