- Do you share our purpose and passion?**What you’ll do**
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and the Compensation and Classification processes. The position assists in defining report requirements, performs data auditing and analysis, and provides Human Resources related reporting. You will work closely with the People Services and HR teams to ensure the seamless operation of HR systems and service provision, providing technical expertise and support. You’ll learn from and work directly with the HR Business Analyst and HR Advisor, Compensation and Classification.**What you’ll bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, from a recognized educational institution.
- Two (2) years recent related experience with HRIS and Payroll information systems within a unionized environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service to all level of community members.
- Solid organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines and a demanding workload.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
