**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in business, health care, project management or other related discipline. A combination of education and experience to the position. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience. Working knowledge of: Project management principles, Quality Improvement process, tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, manage calendars, large volumes of information and standard processes. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking, oral and written communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
2- 3 years working in a hospital or clinical setting. Working knowledge of MS Teams, Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel. Working knowledge of Connect Care including Cogito, and Tableau, and SharePoint. A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role for a healthcare organization.
