Acheson, Canada Hayworth Equipment Sales Inc. Full time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Administrator for our heavy truck and trailer dealership located in Acheson Industrial Area. We are a busy Heavy Trailer Dealership with a Parts & Service Centre open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

**Preference will be given to someone with more than 3 years of accounts payable experience using Microsoft GP Dynamics or a similar accounting program.

**What you Bring**:

- Minimum of 3 plus years of accounts payable and knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Proficient in using Accounting software with preference to Microsoft GP Dynamics
- Excellent Computer Skills including MS Office Suite
- Adept with creating and maintaining electronic filing using PDF - saving, combining, etc
- Flexible to change, able to multi-task, strong problem solving
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills; and ability to ask questions
- A stable work history and solid work ethic
- A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process all vendor transactions into the accounting system with efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all transactions have the supporting documentation and is filed electronically
- Communicate with vendors in a timely manner
- Work with parts to ensure inventory, invoices and returns match correctly
- Prepare and release weekly cheque payments
- Reconcile Accounts Payable month end including verifying vendor accounts to monthly statements and prepare related reports and files
- Work with parts for inventory and part numbers
- Maintain and update AP Manual
- Administration duties related to projects
- Reception backup - greet and assist customers, answer telephone, CVIP

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
