Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a **Payroll Administrator**. This position is based in our Acheson office. **Key Accountabilities**
- Validate and process full cycle, bi-weekly payroll
- Process employee ROEs, T4s & T4As
- Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare accounting journal entries relevant to payroll and departmental G/L accounts
- Review and audit payroll reports
- Year End processing and reporting
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Ensure proper employee deductions (RRSP, additional tax, health benefits, etc.)
- Maintain and update the company’s benefit programs
- Ad Hoc data entry and duties as assigned
- Manage WCB reports and payments

**Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills**
- Completed an Accounting diploma or degree from recognized institution
- 5+ years of related experience in payroll
- Experience with ADP an asset
- Construction industry experience an asset
- Able to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Organization skills with great attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
