**OLP Coordinator
- LMS**

**Overview**:

- this is a key role in providing expertise to the designers to maximize the use of the LMS to provide a modernized learning experience for Canadian Operations employees.

Role reports to Design Manager, OLP.

**OLP Coordinator
- LMS, Business and OLP Capability Centre, Operational Learning and Performance**

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Learning Management System
- Provide expertise in Learning Management Systems including:

- Staying informed of the development of software changes and its impact.
- Participation with the LMS community to share changes and tips.
- Testing modules as they are loaded to ensure proper performance.
- Provide expertise and training on LMS
- Maximizing the impact of the LMS with modular design and creation of learning paths or playlists.
- Developing and administering access control processes.
- Communicating best practices for content organization.
- Partnering with other LMS experts in the organization.
- Configuring the LMS to meet the initiatives and match the curriculum.
- Working with the designer to ensure that suggested system configuration will deliver a great learning experience and proper reports.
- Providing support to the design team with loading courses in English and French, adding supporting learning documents and quizzes to MLN; support OLP with technical MLN issues.
- Other Accountabilities
- Govern and keep the asset inventory current for all content with a regular maintenance schedule.
- Archive materials no longer active or relevant.
- Support the access needs of design tools for OLP designers.
- Provide back up to the OLP Project Specialist
- Relationships
- The incumbent must partner effectively with:

- LMS vendor to ensure business requirements are set up and implemented.

OLP team to ensure training programs are successfully implemented on the LMS (Learning Management System)

**Competencies / Skills**:

- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
- Previous experience with Cornerstone LMS or other LMS
- Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel and/or SharePoint
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and resource management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and team building skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle change.
