Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to do the marketing of Construction Equipment Rental business. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have 3 years experience in the Rental of construction equipment business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales role
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales is preferred

**Salary**: $77,164.00-$85,405.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
