As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting a vibrant and collaborative team. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Provide coordinator and administrative support to the People Partner and VP, People & Culture, assisting with the execution of key HR initiatives and ensuring smooth People & Culture operations.
- Manage all stages of the employee life cycle within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations.
- Lead new employee onboarding and orientation, helping to create an exceptional first impression and fostering early engagement.
- Be a trusted resource for internal and external HR queries, supporting team leaders and employees by delivering top-tier HR service.
- Champion HR programs and policies by administering benefits, employee records, and facilitating HR projects that support a positive workplace culture.
- Use HR data to inform decisions and improve processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bring innovative ideas and suggest improvements to enhance efficiencies, adding value to both new and existing HR processes and initiatives.
- We act as a team and move at a rapid pace. Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and any other assigned functions is part of the role, and how we push exciting projects past the finish line that directly impact the employee experience.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in HR who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Diploma, Certificate or Degree in Human Resources or in a related field is an asset for this position.
- Bring your strong attention to detail and passion for HR to a role where you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions and make a real impact.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems.
- Service oriented mentality, with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
