**The Opportunity**:
Locations: Canada and India.

**What You'll be Responsible for**:

- **Team management**: Manage a team of technical writers, video production and a community moderator to drive company objectives.
- **Business analysis**:

- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analysing data and creating reports e.g. Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, Gainsight
- Documenting project plans and scope of works
- Facilitating meetings and workshops
- Record-keeping
- Communicating recommendations to all key stakeholders
- Research and market analysis, competitor analysis etc
- **Tech** **tools **Administration**: Manage internal resources, websites e.g. Knowledgebase, Zapier and process automation, migration projects, Algolia search index tool etc

**What You'll need to bring to Maropost**
- Proven work experience of at least 6 years in technical content and community development.
- Strong leadership and team management experience is required.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing skills.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
