As a result of recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and oversee the creation, publication, and analysis of content to effectively engage our target audience, driving the overall content strategy for OpsGuru and achieving the company’s marketing goals.

Role and Responsibilities
Work directly with the sales, alliance and marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with OpsGuru's short-term and long-term business objectives
Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that meets business objectives and audience needs across various channels, including web, email, PPC, case studies, organic & paid social, video, blog, white papers, sales enablement, and events.
Write and edit an array of externally facing short- and long-form content assets, including but not limited to: white papers, product data sheets, case studies, solution briefs, and infographics
Work with content input documents such as corporate and solution messaging, audience and persona information, buyer’s journey and interaction details, marketing plans, and technology/industry trend information
Optimize digital copy by strategically placing identified SEO keywords in titles, headings, meta descriptions, and content to improve search engine visibility and according to SEO and ASO best practices for the assigned project
Gather and synthesize information to be used in original content
Manage third-party agencies as needed, ensuring all copy and content align with our brand, messaging, and guidelines
Own the effective distribution of content through a combination of owned and paid campaigns, content syndication, etc.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a content manager or similar role in the technology industry, preferably in public cloud
5+ years working experience in marketing-related positions
2+ years of Cloud Technology Industry experience and knowledge
Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
