We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience in dynamic technology startup environments. In this demanding role, you will drive our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on content creation and social media management. Key Responsibilities:

- ** Content Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Damon Motorcycles' brand and business objectives. Create captivating and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
- ** Social Media Mastery**: Oversee all social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our community. Keep a close eye on social media trends and opportunities.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Develop strategies to engage and retain our customer base through engaging content and social media interactions.
- ** Digital Marketing**: Lead SEO, newsletters, and other digital marketing initiatives to grow and engage our audience.
- ** Project Management**: Efficiently manage multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks effectively.
- ** Budget Oversight**: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the best return on investment.
- ** Analytics and Insight**:Analyze campaign performance and extract valuable insights from data. Report on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- ** Brand Excellence**:Maintain brand consistency across all content and social media channels, upholding the Damon Motorcycles brand identity.
- ** Market Prowess**:Stay at the forefront of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in both the motorcycle and electric vehicle markets.
- ** Paid Marketing Efforts**: Manage our paid marketing strategies, including overseeing external agencies as needed.
- ** AI Utilization**: Leverage AI tools to optimize workflow and enhance growth initiatives.
- ** Mentorship & Training**: Assume the role of a mentor for junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment both within the team and across different functions.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
