- **Expérience de travail **:CLSC, hôpital, organisation communautaire. Connaissance de l’administration et de la communication.
- **Langues **:français, anglais et troisième langue (parlé + écrit) est consideré un atout.

**Responsabilités et tâches du poste**:

- **Assister l'équipe administrative**:

- **Aider à la planification et à l'exécution de diverses activités et événements, tels que la vente aux enchères annuelle d'œuvres d'art, la campagne d'adhésion et l'assemblée générale.**:

- **Aider à la planification et à l'exécution de divers projets, tels que les demandes de financement et le programme « Emploi d'été Canada ».**:

- **Coordination des offres d'emploi**:

- **Coordination des bénévoles et de leur formation**:

- **Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la directrice exécutive**:

- **Assurer la compilation des statistiques des services et des activités avec l'équipe (comme le rapport d'activité annuel).**:

- **Participer aux comités et aux événements ad hoc pour les services et les projets**:

- **Assister aux réunions de l'équipe**:

- **Participer aux campagnes de collecte de fonds et de marketing avec la directrice exécutive et le comité.**:

- **Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes assignées par la DE.**

**Salaire à discuter selon expérience et formation. Posséder de l’expérience en organisation communautaire, en planification de projets, en compilation de statistiques et en administration. Doit être agréable et flexible dans les heures. Doit connaître divers logiciels.**

**Employment Profile**

**Position: Administrative Agent**

**Position Requirements**:

- **Academic Requirements**:university degree, BSW or Masters, in social work or related field, i.e. psychology, sociology, etc. Must be computer literate and possess excellent administrative, writing and communication skills.
- **Work Experience**:CLSC, hospital, community organization setting. Knowledge of administration and communication.
- **Languages**:French, English and third language (spoken + written) is considered an asset.

**Position Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Assist the administration team
- Assist in the planning and execution of various activities and events, such as the annual Art Auction, the Membership Drive, and the General Assembly
- Coordination of job postings
- Coordination of volunteers and volunteer training
- Work in close collaboration with the ED
- Responsible for compiling statistics for services and activities with the team (such as the annual activity report)
- Participate in committees and ad hoc events for services and projects
- Attend team meetings
- Participate in fundraising and marketing campaigns with the ED and the committee
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the ED

**Salary to be discussed according to experience and education. Must have experience in community organization, project planning, tabulation of statistics and administration skills. Should be personable and flexible in hours. Must know various software programs.**

**35 hours a week.**

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
